"I was struggling to break in my new A2000. I had a local store steam the glove, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I brought it to 3&2 Baseball and the next day it was ready to go. The service was incredible and only wish I did it earlier!"

"I purchased 3 Wilson A2000's during a sale and have yet to use them. I was in 3&2 Baseball for a private lesson and the instructor told me he could help out. He worked in all my gloves over the next couple days and now I'm ready with my new infielder, 1B and pitchers gloves. The service was great and super affordable."

"I was a bit nervous sending my outfielders glove in, because the last place I tried messed up the pinky. They rolled it like an infielder and it was a hassle to get it the way I wanted. I spoke with 3&2 Baseball before sending to make sure they flared it out just like I prefer. It came back perfect. I took it to a few practices and was playing games with it the next week"

"My son customized a new catchers glove, but it showed up super stiff. He tried to break it in, but got frustrated so just tossed it aside. When I saw 3&2 Baseball started their glove breaking services, I reached out. 2 days later we received the glove back and he's been using it ever since. Amazing service right here in Buffalo, NY"

FAQ'S

How long until I receive my glove back?
This depends on how many gloves we have ahead of you. On average, we complete 8-10 gloves per day. We aim to have it out within 3 business days, but that's only an estimate based on orders.
Can you explain the 24-Hour Service?
Sure. With the upgraded 24-hour service, we bump you to the front of the line. We will ship your glove back within 1 business day from the time it's received.
I'm nervous your process might damage my glove. Have you had previous issues?
Understandable, as there's so many different techniques to breaking in gloves. However, we use a leather baseball and elbow grease. Your glove is at as much harm as it would be if you were simply playing catch. We don't use water, oils, conditioners or any form of substance within our process.
Why don't you use water, oils, etc?
Because we found that our process is incredibly effective thanks to pnuematic press and Hack Attack pitching machines. There's a bunch of amazing glove breakers out there who swear by water, oils and more. For us, we don't use it because we've learned our methods suite us. The last thing we want is to introduce chemicals to your glove that might break down laces, deteriorate the leather or miscolor the glove overall. We welcome you to apply these products on your own if you wish, however we will not do that in house.
I have a special request for my glove, who do I tell?
You can enter any relevant information in the notes section during checkout. Age of player, prefered break in method (thumb flared, fingers rolled, etc.) as well as your Instagram handle. We'll make sure to tag you in a break-in video!
Is my glove safe when I mail it in?
Yes, we have a dedicated delivery door with keycode access and cameras. Your glove will never be left outdoors, so rest assured it's safe. We always suggest purchasing tracking information through the carrier to track it's location.
Will my glove be 100% ready when it's returned?
No, but it will be very close. We break all gloves in 85%, leaving the last 15% for you. You'll receive a care card in your package that explains some simple and effective steps to get the glove the rest of the way. Breaking down leather takes time, so we encourage you to keep working the hinges, playing catch and stretching that leather.
Are you a brick and mortar business?
Yes. We are 3&2 Baseball, an indoor practice facility with 2 locations in Buffalo, NY. We utilize extra space at our Tonawanda location to provide this service.
